4-Ingredient Chocolate Cookie Freezer Fudge

  • 12 Brandless chocolate creme cookies (+ more for topping if you like)
  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chocolate chips
  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil (1 tablespoon melted, 1 tablespoon not melted)
  1. In a food processor or blender mix together the chocolate creme cookies and the melted 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 6x6 baking pan.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips, coconut milk and remaining tablespoon of coconut oil.
  4. Once completely melted and well combined, pour on top of the cookie crust.
  5. Top with additional crushed up chocolate creme cookies if desired.
  6. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes then place in the freezer for a few hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into bars.
  8. Place bars in a freezer safe container and store in the freezer. Enjoy!
