You might love music, but you may have never heard the term “soundbath,” or thought of music as an element of your self-care, but that’s exactly what music can do to you. At the #BrandlessLife Pop-Up With Purpose, musicians Kaylee Cole, Brodie Johnson, and Hale May treated the crowd to a meditation, musical soundbath, and performance. The experience, to say the least, was moving and restorative; as singer-songwriter Hale told us, “Sound, if we allow it to, can really change us.” Not sure what that means? Listen to the musicians themselves explain how healing music can be and hear some of the performance.
