This is an easy peasy almond butter fudge recipe made with only 5 ingredients! It lasts in the freezer as well, so you can always have sweet treats on hand.
Almond Butter Fudge
1 Tray of Fudge
- Melt coconut oil, and make sure maple syrup and almond butter are at room temp. For best results, knead the almond butter pack before using.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a whisk or spatula until all ingredients are well incorporated and mixture is smooth.
- Transfer your mixture to a freezer safe mold of choice (we used a silicone ice cube tray) and freeze for about 1 hour.
